Liability Waiver

🎉 LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

📌 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

This Waiver and Release of Liability is made by the undersigned ("Renter") in favor of LuLu Bouncer Rentals, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Company").

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

The Renter understands and acknowledges that the use of inflatable bounce houses and related equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, overexertion, and other injuries that may result in serious harm or death. These risks apply not only to the Renter, but also to all participants including children and guests.

2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

The Renter agrees to take full responsibility for all individuals who use the rented equipment, including but not limited to family members, guests, friends, and minors.
The Renter agrees to share this waiver and bouncer safety rules with all participants, and instructs anyone who does not agree with the terms not to use the equipment.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES AND SUPERVISION

The Renter agrees to:

 ✔️ Monitor and supervise all usage of the equipment at all times.
✔️ Ensure all users understand and follow the posted safety rules.
✔️ Prohibit use by anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or with medical conditions that may pose a risk.
✔️ ️ Do not allow flips, wrestling, rough play, or overcrowding.

4. WAIVER AND RELEASE

The Renter, on behalf of themselves and all users of the equipment, hereby releases and holds harmless LuLu Bouncer Rentals from any and all claims, liability, damages, or expenses—including personal injury, death, or property damage—arising from the use of the rented equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The Renter agrees to indemnify and defend LuLu Bouncer Rentals against any claims made by guests, users, parents, or third parties resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & BINDING EFFECT

This waiver is binding upon the Renter, all users of the equipment, and their heirs, executors, and assigns.
If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
