✅ Safety Rules (Must Be Followed at All Times)

To ensure the safety of all participants, the following rules must be followed:

• No shoes, boots, or sharp objects (including keys or toys) inside the inflatable.
  
  

• No jewelry (rings, earrings, watches, necklaces, etc.).
  
  

• No food, drinks, gum, or candy inside the inflatable.
  
  

• No rough play, pushing, wrestling, flips, or climbing on the walls.
  
  

• No pets or animals allowed in or around the inflatable.
  
  

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
  
  

• Participants must not exceed the weight or occupancy limits posted on the unit.
  
  

• Do not use the inflatable during high winds or storms.
  
  

• Do not allow children of different sizes to jump together — this can cause injury.
  
  

🚨 Responsibility & Waiver of Liability

I understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. I, the renter, agree to the following:

• I accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all participants using the inflatable during the rental period.
  
  

• I understand that Lulu Bouncer Rentals is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur to any person(s) or property during use.
  
  

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lulu Bouncer Rentals and its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after use of the equipment.
  
  

• I acknowledge that I have received, reviewed, and understand all safety instructions and rules and will ensure they are followed at all times.
  
  

🧾 Damage, Deposit & Cleanliness Policy

I agree to return the equipment in the same condition in which it was received. I understand and agree that:

• A cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is returned excessively dirty.
  
  

• I will be responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence.
  
  

• If the inflatable is damaged or returned in unusable condition, my damage deposit will not be refunded.
